Malabar Dental Students Union is the elected body represented by students and guided by the staffs to carry out all the non academic activities and to stand for welfare of the students.

The structure of students union comprises chairman, vice chairman, general secretary, joint secretary, arts secretary, sport secretary, assistant secretaries, magazine editors, executive members of all the committees which are guided by the faculties who are assigned. There are also university union councillors who are student representative from the college to Kerala University of Health Sciences.
