Department Overview

The department deals with the treatment of patients with malocclusions and Dentofacial deformities. This correction not only gives pleasing aesthetics, but also helps in psychological uplifting and boosting self confidence.

Department also deals with preventive and interceptive treatments helping to avoid major comprehensive treatments which may arise later. The students are trained under the expertise of the faculties who are well qualified to teach the subject. Postgraduate are trained to impart comprehensive orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Rasool Kareem Nizaro Siyo is an esteemed and passionate orthodontist since 1994 and conscientious academician since 2006. He was a BDS and MDS gold medalist and became IDA Kerala State President 2014 & president of IDA MALABAR 2004-2005 .He was received best state branch president award .he was the man behind IDA HOPE , the most appreciated welfare scheme in IDA
